- Digital downloads are nonrefundable, nonreturnable and nonexchangeable.
- Books may only be returned if the wrong book was sent in error to the customer.
- Online lessons are nonrefundable once the agreed-upon lesson time and duration has been completed.
- CDs are nonreturnable, nonexchangeable and nonrefundable.
